According to Oleg Drobot, during the work of the new front-office, the company has provided over 20 thousand services in different directions.
"Today it is safe to say that the idea put forward by Mayor Gennadiy Kernes and the city council when creating the front office, fully justified. In the short 6 months we managed to create an absolutely opposite system of servicing the population. Reception is carried out within the limits of an electronic turn. The average waiting time is 3 minutes, and the ordering is 15 minutes. All necessary forms of applications are filled by administrators. You can pay the services directly in the place in any way ", - said Oleg Drobot. He also stressed that the waiting time for the final result in the "BTI" is now no more than 5 minutes.
Recall that in addition to specialized services, in the front office of the "BTI", you can get legal advice related to any real estate issues. The needs of the population are adapted to the courier delivery service.
Also, ME «KHARKOV CITY BUREAU OF TECHNICAL INVENTORY» OF THE KHARKOV CITY COUNCIL was the first in Ukraine where it is possible to order a technical passport online. At the moment, the service is only available to Kharkiv residents, but in the future it is planned to make it open to residents of the region.
