Since September 17, a certificate of the family can be obtained online at the Portal of Electronic Services of Kharkov.
The corresponding decision was made today, September 12, at a meeting of the executive committee of the Kharkov City Council.
As the Director of the Registration Department Oleg Drobot noted, this is the last stage of the reform in the issue of certificates on the composition of the family.
"Last year, a certificate on the composition of the family was issued more than 500,000 times. Our task is to translate all this quantity into online. And from Monday, Kharkov citizens will be able to do this with the help of a digital electronic signature or by using their bank card through the BankID system, and a little later - and using a mobile phone, "Oleg Drobot noted.
According to him, the need to receive personal information by citizens today is only 30% of the total number of certificates issued in the city. In other cases, local governments and state authorities, utilities and other authorities form such a certificate independently.
"All the centers providing administrative services, 66 lots of Zhilkomservice, private and state notaries of Kharkiv and Kharkiv region are connected to the portal, we also began to connect massly to the portal courts, we plan to connect everyone who needs it for work," the department's director said.
For residents of the private sector, the issuance of this online certificate will be available from January 1, 2019.
