The draft decision "On the introduction of electronic services to provide information in the field of residence registration" was approved today, March 28, at a meeting of the executive committee of the Kharkov City Council.
According to Oleg Drobot, the Director of the Registration Department, this decision will come into force on June 1, and from the moment of introduction of electronic services all external bodies and structural units of the city council will be given the opportunity to remotely obtain web access to the Register of Kharkiv Territorial Communities and, accordingly, all necessary information. In this case, the applicants themselves will be able to order online help.
"Automation of this process, which is provided by this decision, will allow the bodies directly among themselves, via electronic communications, to exchange such information and generate relevant information. We plan to immediately eliminate 75% of cases in which Kharkiv residents will need to receive such a certificate in paper form," - Oleg Drobot noted.
He also said that Kharkiv residents will also have the opportunity to receive a certificate in hard copy. In addition to the sites of CE "Zhilkomservice", AJOAH and district administrations, the issuing of certificates is also planned in the administrative service delivery centers, CE "BTI" and through other authorized entities of the provision of services authorized by the Department of Registration.
"We automate the process of providing services in Kharkov, introduce a number of new electronic services for Kharkiv citizens and simplify, in fact, the life of every resident of the city. Our final goal is to automate all 100% of the cases when such inquiries are required," -Oleg Drobot said.
He also added that for residents of the private sector, the online service for the issuance of online certificates will work from January 1, 2019.
It should be noted that for 6 months of 2017 in Kharkov 270,000 certificates were issued on the composition of the family, 67% of them were provided to the executive bodies of the Kharkov City Council.
